Moonshiner – Typeface

This typeface is based on the logo type from the break-out album “Sunbather” by SF-local black-gaze band Deafheaven. Driven by the lack of a lowercase set of letters, the typeface's forms draw stylistic influence from Didot and Bodoni.

Branding this typeface, I created a kinetic typography promotion over my photographs and to music that emphasizes Moonshiner’s personality, and its functionality through highlight its different features.
