Mary Magdalene – Music Video Segment

My 3D animation final, this segment of the FKA Twig’s song Mary Magdalene was modeled, rigged, animated, and edited to tell a short story in 30 seconds. The animation was based on the music artist’s understanding of Mary Magdalene as a powerful multifaceted woman, identity, womanhood, feminism and slander of sexualized women. The animation was centered around those themes, as well as biblical themes.
